Ridgeway Primary Academy

Save the Date - 24th Sept - we're turning 50!

This year marks the 50th Anniversary of Ridgeway Primary Academy, or as we were first named back in 1972, Market Harborough North County Primary School!  Since the school opened it has welcomed thousands of pupils through its doors, many of whom still live in or have links to the town.

On 24th September we are hosting, in association with FORA, a (loosely) 1970s themed school fete and birthday party (starting at 12pm) and we would be delighted if you could Save the Date.

We will be having live music & a DJ, a BBQ, stalls, games, 70s fancy dress competition (for children and adults) and a display of old school artefacts in the Hall. So, if you are a former pupil from any decade (or know someone who is) please send in your memories and we’ll do our best to get these included in the display (if needed, we can anonymise the stories 😉 – please just email them to office@rpa.learnat.uk )

Stalls are available to book for local businesses and we'd love to see as many independent traders as possible - email secretaryfora@gmail.com to enquire.

If you think you might be able to help us on the day – even just for an hour – or if you’re in a band / singer and would like to perform on our stage, please complete this form - https://forms.office.com/r/dXGKda6Sde

Until then, please dig out your flares, brush up on your ABBA and start reminiscing about your school days!
